Order id:-******** I had placed an order on the *th Aug for a customised tshirt but till date I have not received the same.On enquiring I have been sent automated mails stating that the matter is being looked into.Lastly I jad also been informed that my order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded but again the same is not resolved and I will not received the refund.Infact on calling again,they are saying that my order has not been cancelled due to technical reasons.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
