Bewakoof.com - Package not delivered for 2 items and one item sent which was wrong

I have placed order for * tshirt on ** Nov. Out of which I received one order that contains * tshirt which was wrong order and rest two tshirts i didn't received. I waited for *-* days but still not got the order. I informed the company and they have cancelled all my orders all provided me *** rs in my wallet after cancel. They have not provided neither my order nor refund and said that all orders were delivered on ** Nov. only and now its ** hours and cannot raise issue. This is total fraud and they are making people bewakoof just like their name.
