Bewakoof.com - Bewakoof Delivered Only 4 Items Out of 6 2 TShirts Missing No Response for Days

I ordered * t-shirts and * pants from Bewakoof through their app (Order ID: ********_SP**-**/BHI/******). However, when the sealed package arrived, it contained only * items — * pants and * t-shirts.
The following * t-shirts were not delivered:

The invoice clearly shows * items billed, and there was no tampering with the package. I contacted their support via email, app chat, and social media, but there has been no resolution for more than * days.
This level of service is unacceptable. I want either the missing * t-shirts delivered immediately or a refund issued for them.
I am also filing a bank dispute to protect my money and warn others about this experience.
