I had ordered lipstick combo of deep- reds and Nude - browns but I recieved lipstick combo of bright-pinks and Nude -browns. They (customer care) are not responding to calls or emails or chat .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
