Justherbs - Refund not received from Just Herbs after cancellation

I ordered a product from Just Herbs – Herb Enriched Ayurvedic Lipstick Micro-Mini Kit & Nourishing Lip and Cheek Tint - Combo – and paid online via GPay through Easebuzz payment gateway on May **. Later, I cancelled the order and Just Herbs confirmed the cancellation, claiming that the refund was auto-processed on May **.
However, as of today (June *), I have not received the refund in my bank account. I have contacted Just Herbs multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but they either do not respond or keep repeating that it was already refunded.
When I contacted Easebuzz, they confirmed the transaction was successful but said no refund was triggered from the merchant's side.
Despite the promised *-day refund time, it has now been ** days, and I still haven't received the money. I believe this is highly irresponsible behavior by Just Herbs.
I am attaching all proof including payment confirmation, chat screenshots, and email responses.
