Justherbs - Only 1 item received while offer was displayed on the website of the company

I recently did an online purchase from just herbs website https://www.justherbs.in/. I clicked on Buy* shampoos @ Rs*** and this link opened which is the product https://www.justherbs.in/collections/hair-cleansers/products/hibiscus-and-vetiver-anti-dandruff-shampoo?variant=**************.

It looks like there are * shampoos @ Rs*** /- overall (like a pack of * shampoos). But they are trying to dupe customer as you have to explicitly add another shampoo to get * shampoos @ Rs ***.

Now, my question is if you want the customer to explicitly add * shampoos and then claim the offer of Buy* @ Rs***, then why are you displaying the label of Buy* in the product itself ( check this - https://www.justherbs.in/collections/hair-cleansers).

So, I received just one shampoo in the delivery, although I was thinking I have booked * shampoos @***. This looks fraudulent and is being deliberately left like this to confuse the customers and make them pay for * expensive shampoo in the pretext of Buy* tag which they otherwise would not have purchased (seeing the high price of Rs *** for ***ml shampoo bottle).

Secondly, I have been trying to contact them via whatsapp as well as direct call on the Customer Care Phone numbers provided on their website since last three days - https://www.justherbs.in/pages/contact-us. I have also sent a mail to them today, but it seems difficult that they will respond to it. Their customer support is not only pathetic but it seems non existential in reality.

My order Id on just herbs website is *******. I booked the product on **st January, **** from Ghaziabad (UP) which is my home and order is received on *nd February, ****.
