I had placed online order at JustHerbs website on **-Mar-**** making online payment too for the purchase. The order remained in 'Unfulfilled' status until I reached out to them on WhatsApp customer care. Despite promising expedited delivery, the products remains undelivered as yet (shown to be stuck at Borivali hub of ekart logistics since **-Mar)
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
