I have ordered micro mini lipsticks from justherbs through Googlepay advertisement on *st May. The size and quantity shown in the description were far good. But when the product got delivered it was totally not related to what it was shown in the pictures while ordering.
So I gathered justherbs email id, their contact number, their WhatsApp support and I have mail than every evidence, every collected proof and told them to refund my money but literally since days there were no response and then I came here and got to know I am not the only one. Totally fraud company. I have registered a complaint against Google pay also that how can the advertise such a pathetic company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
