Personal experience
Had ordered badminton shoes but received a different model on the *th June so I requested a return.
They very conveniently mentioned on our communication that thrice the pickup couldn’t happen. All the three times me and my family were at home and I did not receive any calls from the pickup guy.
And now they have rejected my return request and have also blocked my calls .
Hopeless attitude.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
