Makemytrip.com - wrong information given by makemytrip customer care executive on transit visa

MMT service agents provide pathetic information, they give false information, i wanted to book an air ticket from bengaluru to Kinshasa for my dear one for the same i have contacted makemytrip.com customer service dated **.**.**** time **.** am to * pm on the information on transit visa, i have repeatedly asked the executive to be sure if there is any requirement of transit visa ,the executive assured me that there is no such requirement of transit visa and they can go ahead with the offline booking , but due to some reasons i had wait for sometime to go ahead with booking, in the mean while i get a call from makemytrip.com executives * times to do an offline booking, due to some reasons i had to opt online booking after taking clear confirmation on transit visa, i booked the ticket for **.**.****. **.** am flight
air india / brussels airline at **.**.**** **: ** am after clear confirmation given by the executive on transit visa, finally when the passenger reached Mumbai the airline denied boarding stating that there is transit visa requirement, from that particular moment **.**.**** **.pm im in talks with the companies customer care there is no proper response and they say that they have to validate the issue by checking the call records and this process takes ** hours, after being in calls for the whole night i decided to wait , after waiting ** hours and * hours continuously on calls, they finally agree that it was the fault at theirs side, and they need ** hours more to generate a new ticket, for which i did not agree in the beginning, later on i decided to wait as i had no other option, my dear one has to wait in the airport for more than ** hours and counting just because of this companies false commitments,and till now im waiting for the airticket , i wanted compensation for the mental agony i went through ,
