I have booked round ticket from Kolkata to Dubai and Back for * month for my wife and my baby.
They traveled in the first ticket but later on we decide that they will stay with me, so I wanted to cancel thier return ticket.
I called the Makemy trip contact center they said that the ticket is not possible to return as per the airline company i.e Emirates, Later on i tried to call the emirates they said that they have cancellation policy but the travell agent can only proceed with the cancellation.
The Make my trip is not cancelling the ticket
