Makemytrip.com - Refund for air tickets

I had booked air tickets through makemytrip.com for travel in April****. Due to the covid situation the flights got cancelled and the government directed the airlines to refund the amount. I contacted GoAir and they directed Makemytrip to refund the amount. I have sent them umpteen mails but they keep making false promises and I have not received my money. Now they have stopped responding.
