My daughter was prescribed by doctor to use glasses due to her low vision and we had been to lenskart udupi branch.The spectacles was received from lenkart abd the same was used by my daughter all these days.
We again came for the test today and found that the right glass was totally different from the one prescribed by the doctor.The axis was totally changed by lenkart while fixing.
My daughter was seeing through her left eye only throughout this * year and today the doctor with great shock said this and due to which her vision is hampered again.
Now we are suggested tp go for therapy which will cost around *****.We need this compensation or else the complaint will be raised in higher forum again.
