Paytm Mall - Wrong Fake Apple product during Sale and Replacement denied

During Sale in Paytm We bought Apple Mac Mini (Core i* / * Gb ddr* / * TB Hdd / Mac Os) Mgen*hn/A from Paytm Mall on **th September ****, Order No. ********** . On receiving the product on **th Sept. We came to know that product was function as we expected later on inspecting we came to know that sellers has sent similar looking product with exactly half configuration .
On take this matter to Paytm Mall , They first deyned taking back the product saying if you have used or open the box of product we wont take it back , we replied to them saying on receiving the product any one will only open the box and this is a illogical condition more over we have received fake product.

We insisted paytm to replace the product as bank started charging us Emi , but paytm denied giving replacement saying product price has changed and increased so we can issue refund not replacement.

We replied to them saying we bought the product on sale at paytm and if product price is increase its yours responsibility, as we made full advance payment. If you are no honouring your commitment we will file consumer complaint for sending duplicate product.

Later Paytm agreed to replace the product on the condition that we first return the product. We agreed to it and returned the product back to them on returning the product , paytm team stop taking our call neither called us back . More over instead of replacement they processed refund .

On complaining about refund and we never agreed upon refund we always instead on replacement. they said we cannot help you as we have processed refund . so replacement is not possible.

Conclusion : Paytm wanted to collect fake product from us so that we can not take them to court.
Paytm Sells similar looking fake product to customers . moreover even after committing certain things to customers they dont honour their commitments .
