Byjus - Wrong center provided by byjus

I want to cancel my course registration.

I wanted to apply for admission in Akash offline course for neet UG repeater batch (Delhi South Extension centre)

We got in contact of a Byjus BDM who said he will get the admission for a lower cost if we go through byjus.

But when he provided the PSID and Akash ERP we came to know that he has got us admitted to Akash Maninagar center (Ahemdabad). About which we were never communicated previously. Not a single time.

We want to cancel the course
But the Akash team is saying that the registration fee won't be refunded. Why should we let go of the registration fee as this is a clear case of fraud done by the BDA
