Hi Team,
Yesterday I had booked ticket from redubs for Ahmadnagar to Malegaon(Nashik) for my sister and nephew. But when my sister started journey bus driver said her this Bus is not going to Malegaon(Nashik),But I got same bus number and details for the above specified journey. My sister requested the driver to manage her another bus, But driver said its redubs fault and drop her in middle of journey @* PM at stranger place.
Its really disgusting experience, She got shocked due to this incident Since its really difficult for a lady if anyone drop her at stranger place. And this is all because of redubs fault since redubs confirms this ticket. I called rebus customer care for almost * and half hour but I did not get any positive replay. No one is taking responsibility of her. I really got disappointed and its not acceptable at all.

I requested you to please take a serious action on this issue and refund my money with high penalty charges.
