On **th of April ****,I booked SRS Luxuria (Rupam travels)(*:**pm) with ticket no. #TV*U******** from Jhanji to Guwahati. I kept waiting at the boarding point. Kept tracking the bus which showed almost * hours delayed. On contacting the operator who only received once after multiple calls didn't respond properly. Also the bus can't be contacted. I took the help of redbus support and talked to them about the issue.They told me to book another bus and they are lodging a complaint against the other and the refund will be initiated within ** hours. As they said i did booking since i had work and needed to reach Guwahati next day. So, I book a Bus Network Travels ticket no. TV*U********. Its been more than ** hours i have never received the refund. I am utterly disappointed with the service. On trying to reach customer service it doesn't let me to talk to customer support.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
