Redbus - Refund not given by redbus

On * December ****, bus did not show up at the stop, rather took outer ring road route , and when called to the driver he said he is in different route , for which when I called redbus , redbus is saying bus service cannot be contacted. Really frustrated with the unfair means followed by redbus and b r travels. When the passenger did not board the bus and bus did not show up at the stop, then passenger is bound to be eligible for refund. I have sent bus track evidences to redbus, despite sending that redbus is playing unfair tactics with me. Can you take a strong action against them
