Redbus case ID:********: I booked ticket for my son and nephew from Chennai to Tirunelveli on **-Feb-**. from Kilambakkam bus stand..The bus was supposed to come at * PM.As the bus was late one of the passenger went to pick up food and other passenger was still inside the bus.Once all passengers boarded, the bus driver/cleaner asked the passenger to get down and thrown the luggages outside the bus and took the bus. They were left stranded without money at the bus stand.
