I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my booking from Jaipur to Firozabad dated ** March **** at *:** PM with Shree Ram Travels.
The bus did not arrive at the pickup point (Transport Nagar). I waited for more than * hours. During this time, I tried calling the bus operator approximately ** times, but no one answered.
I contacted your support team, and I was informed that the refund would be processed.
However, as of today (** March ****), I have neither received the refund nor any confirmation regarding the same.
Also everytime I call the redBus agent they are saying in ** hour your problem will solve still problem not solve.
I want my refund as soon as possible.
This is highly disappointing, as the service was not provided at all.
