I have booked the bus ticket for ** Feb **.** AM

Mumbai Airport to Satara Sat, ** Feb ****| Departure **:** AM
I waited for the bus at the bus stop for * hour and asked the bus operator if there is any bus but got to know that no bus was available. Later I came to know there is a discrepancy in the booking details.
When I booked the above ticket they sent me an email with details of the reservation, but the details were completely different from what I booked. It was of some different booking (that bus was on ** Feb **.** PM pick time)
I truly got a frustrating experience as I was stranded at the bus stop very late in the night without any option to go to my destination. I had to again book a cab and spend around **** rupees to reach the destination. It was very disappointing. Request you to please refund the ticket as well as compensate with the suitable amount for my painful experience.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
