Make My Trip - Worst ticket booking system

MakeMyTrip produces great offers. However, there are certain things which are confusing and frustrating. I have made a booking of Rs. ***** and used a deal code. They also provided me an option of making payments in emi. **K is the hell of money(at least for me) and Make my trip failed to convert that into emis. I'm not financially that rich to pay **K at a stretch. Now bank says that they never received a notice from Make my trip about emi conversion and asking me to pay **K all at once. Make my trip says that since a deal code is applied, the amount is not converted into emis. If that was the case, why did it even allow me to select the emi option . This is very misleading and I'm at a tremendous pressure to make the payment which I can't. I requested only one thing, asking make my trip to convert my pay of **k into * months emi. I'm not asking anything for free. Extremely bad for a company to do this. I have attached a clear example of how it accepts the emi option and selecting the deal code both at the same time.
