Paytm Mall - Worst service of Paytm Mall

I ordered Air cooler on Paytm mall. Till today it was not delivered and it was expected delivery by yesterday. I am getting messages daily from the last * days in that message they are mentioning order was delivered by today. I didn't get any call from paytm mall but while I am tracking it is showing at the delivery time no one is available at home. Worst service from the Paytm mall and never suggest anyone buy any product on paytm mall. I won't file a case in consumer court how can I file a case against Paytm mall.
