I placed an order for a Google Pixel *a (*GB/***GB) on **/**/**** (Monday), with Order ID *******. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that the product would be delivered within ** hours. However, I have still not received the item.
I have contacted customer care multiple times regarding this delay, but I have not received a satisfactory response. Due to the lack of delivery and proper support, I requested cancellation of the order. I was informed that the cancellation team would contact me, and they called me to take the cancellation.
But they have not cancelled my order yet and not refunded it back. I mailed management level, but no response from them till now.
This situation is very disappointing, especially since the full payment has already been made.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
