I ordered a OnePlus Nord CE * on **/**/**** (Sunday) from Sangeetha Mobiles for ₹**,*** using my credit card. The full amount was debited, but the product was neither delivered nor refunded. When I contacted customer support, I was told the product was out of stock. I then requested cancellation and a refund. However, no refund has been processed, and the responses I received showed no empathy or accountability.
This situation feels like being trapped in a fraudulent scheme of sangeetha mobiles.
