Dear all,
This is to inform you from past * days I am trying to add and change my channel package but your cutomer support and website is totally down that we dont even have the access to do the same. So When I checked the feedback in tweeter account and came to know this is not only my issue. So what are you people thinking should we disconnect your service and take another one. Today when I checked that some what your website is accessing my login but not able to delete the channels. Please find the attached screenshot.
Now you tell me what we should do from past * week we are not able to watch anything Even though my subscription is active till **/**/**** and I am unable to watch channels on my tv. So what will be the status of remaining balance. I want to know are you people serious about this? Or you have left the Brand to spoil. My no. of friends already changed to another service provider atleast they have better customer service not like you people who always makes the phone lines unreachable. You are fooling the customers.
