I booked a hotel through makemytrip for my client from South Africa. We had a very worst experience at a hotel so we went to one more hotel. I requested to make my trip people cancel the existing and go for a new booking. The issue finally reaches to customer delight team from the Agent level. I hope they make my trip doing business by recruiting non-sense and stupid people. Even they don't know about the software and cannot able to retrieve the booking details and ticket details.
For every time I need to waste at least * hrs by explaining the issue but still, the result is zero.

Every time only one sentence like "will check and call you in ** - ** hours but no use since * months.
