Kallada Travels (suresh Kallada) - Worst nightmare and scary experience with kallada travels

We have booked kallada travels from varkala sivagiri to Bangalore for **th June *pm.
We kept calling as there was no update on delay of the bus till *pm and got a mini bus and they said they are going to take us to kollam from varkala to reach the bus which is at kollam.
We booked * seats and we had two kids with *yrs along with us totally * members .
Some unknown persons called up and after boarding into the bus when tried enquired about the bus availability and any info on why this mini bus is sent they simply mentioned they do not know anything and they just followed someone's orders.
Then we got into the bus which was waiting near kollam and didn't even at the time of boarding why we are asked to board into some other bus instead of actual bus we are supposed to get in.
While the bus staff are discussing we got to know we are not in right bus and upon multiple asks the staff informed we will be shifted to other bus near ambalipura and that will be our actual bus we are supposed to board in.
With small kids with us and without any clue where we are going and when what is going to happen it was a horrible and deadly experience in life after experiencing the speed of the bus and we were left in a situation were couldn't do anything except pray for safe arrival at Bangalore.
Finally we reached a hotel near ambalipura and they insisted u have food and we will allow to board the actual bus in ** mins .
We boarded the actual bangalore bus we are supposed to which is **** bus no. And the staff from the bus was very rude and we were literally left helpless in the middle of the night.
After boarding the *rd bus the ac values are broken and both the outlet is fully open abd and they started shouting at us to occupy the seat first and later they will fix them.
Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by the conductor and bus was supposed to arrive at *am at Bangalore but it is delayed by ~*hrs.
