Kallada Travels (suresh Kallada) - Passenger disembarked midway

I was travelling from Kayamkulam to Mysore on * December ****, Abhibus booking id: AW**********, PNR: TS******************TGND/OABHI******. The passengers were asked to get off at Thrissur as they mentioned that the bus was faulty and arranged an alternate bus till Kalpetta. I was asked to wait at Kalpetta for the next bus to Mysore and they left without making sure the next bus arrived. I waited for more than * hours and eventually took a taxi to Mysore which cost me Rs.****. I missed my business meeting and had to reschedule the meeting for the next day. This incurred me an additional cost of a day’s accommodation at the hotel (Rs.****). Considering the extra expenses incurred (Rs.****), I request you to kindly reimburse the additional costs.
