Kallada Travels (suresh Kallada) - Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Staff Behavior on August 2024 PNR

I recently had the worst experience ever with Kallada Travels, and I would never recommend their service to anyone! We were supposed to board the bus at *:** PM and waited at the designated spot. At the last minute, we were told that the bus was on the other side of the road, across an overbridge, and we had no idea about this.
When the bus finally arrived, they called us, and we informed them that we couldn't see the bus. They then mentioned that we were on the wrong side of the road. We asked for just five minutes to cross the road, which involved taking a taxi due to the overbridge. Instead of waiting, they heartlessly started the bus and left!
We had to chase the bus for ** kilometers, trying to catch up to it at the next stop. The staff's behavior was absolutely disgusting—they treated us like we were less than human. They couldn’t even wait for five minutes for their paying customers, yet every other time I've traveled with them, they've been late themselves!
This was by far the most terrible travel experience I've ever had. Kallada Travels has shown that they don't care about their passengers at all. If you have any other option, please avoid this bus service like the plague! They don't deserve your money or your time.
