Delay in picking and dropping , I am heading to my home town for a medical emergency and i choose kallada travels for hustle free travel , the bus timings were mentioned *:** pm to **:**am ,it's now *:** pm and haven't reached my location yet..I require a refund for my trip as I'm not in a good medical state , having to spent extended hours after a surgery is not acceptable
And as a customer I choose kallada was for my easy hustle free travel,
