Kallada Travels (suresh Kallada) - Urgent Complaint Regarding Missed Bus Kallada Travels Chennai to Pathanamthitta And rude behaviour b

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding our recent booking with Kallada Travels from Chennai to Pathanamthitta, scheduled to board at *:** PM. We were asked to arrive by *:** PM and reached the pickup point (near Madurai Kannapar Mess) by *:** PM. Since the tracking link was not working, we contacted the driver, who responded rudely, saying he was stuck in traffic.

At *:** PM, the driver called saying he had arrived at the pick up point. We were at the pickup point and stepped out of a Madurai kannapa restaurant (where we had taken our diabetic parents for a quick meal). The driver refused to wait or listen, spoke rudely, and abruptly said he had moved to the next stop, which is highly unlikely within such a short time.

Despite repeated calls, he didn’t respond initially and later said we’d have to follow the bus, which was not feasible. Attempts to reach other Kallada support numbers were also unsuccessful.
It appears the driver may have chosen to give away our seats and leave without us. This has caused extreme inconvenience, especially as we were traveling for my brother wedding engagement in Kerala the next day.

We are now stranded without affordable alternatives — the only available option is a flight costing ₹**,*** for four people. The stress, financial burden, and disruption this has caused is unacceptable.

We request the following immediately:

*)A full refund of our ticket amount.
*) Compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and distress caused by this incident.
*) Strict action against the driver and a review of your process to prevent such incidents.

Please treat this as urgent and respond at the earliest.
