I booked a hotel annai lodge, Tanjore by seeing the photos from oyo app. I reached hotel at around **:**pm and the two rooms allotted did not have even the basic facilities for sleeping. Window panes were shattering and lot of noise was being created. When we asked the hotel manager he told no other rooms are empty and he will not be able to change the rooms then we called oyo and requested to help we were on the phone for about ** mins of which **% of the time the phone was on hold and we were conveyed that oyo cannot do any thing and we have to ask hotelier to do the needful. Oyo refused to provide any help. Oyo showed totally misleading and wrong photos of the hotel and this is sheer cheating on part of oyo. Further even after leaving the hotel oyo app continues to show us checked in.
