Neeraj Kumar filed complaint against OYO on Dec 16, 2025
I am writing this mail to inform you that I have made booking through OYO via call for * guests with booking ID - Q*RX**** on ** Nov. **** but when I called the hotel manager - ( Rajeev Jha )for inquiry of location to the hotel he didn't have time to guide me, then again I called him for location inquiry but without any reason he became furious and used uncivilized and rude language against me and ended the call. So I called OYO support to cancel my booking to that hotel and refund the booking prepaid amount Rs. ****/- ( txn ID - S********) which OYO insisted me to pay mandatorily without check-in at the time of booking, but the OYO support outrightly denied for refund and booked me another hotel for the same day ( Hotel O M.S. Inn) with ticket ID - **********, time - *:** P.M., date - ** Nov. ****.
Since there was urgency so my guests visited the hotel and found that the hotel room shown by staff was extremely unhygienic and filthy, wash room basins were broken, room was in extremely dirty condition inhabitable for a person to stay which is a breach of contract. Even after extreme exhaustion seeing the condition of hotel I was forced to cancel the booking and leave the place which have no alternative of even commuting.
So, considering all the above facts I want OYO to refund the booking amount of Rs. ****/- as soon as possible
