Booked a Hotel through Oyo on **th December, **** with prepayment of Rs. **** as the full booking amount. Upon arrival, the hotel rejected my booking saying rooms are full, after contacting Oyo support they assured the refund but after that they didn't. It has been more than ** days and I didn't receive the amount and moreover there is no way to contact them for refund related issues. The app says the refund is completed but I didn't receive the amount.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
