Videcon D2H - Worst customer service

My videocon D*h services are interrupted from April *th showing signal not found and I have raised a complaint to resolve the same. Every time I called their customer centre they simply say that an engineer will visit your premises today and he will resolve the issue. I have recharged till April ** and from last * to * days they are not providing services. Still, my recharge balance gets consumed. Reaching them through customer care number. That is a pathetic experience and daily I have to spend ** mins explaining all that happening in the last few days. I need immediate attention from Videocon and they have to justify the delay and bear the loss incurred to me due to their negligence and worst attitude towards customers. Below the message generated and complaint still open.
