I Manoj Kumar a very old customer with you . Now I am not happy with your call centre executives.I called up many times regarding set up box upgradation. they said after lock down they will provide a solution but some one of your executive guide me you can place your order on our website . Yesterday I was trying to place a order regarding upgradation but unfortunately I placed * order **** each . Now today when I called your executive and ask how I can track my order they said we will provide you after lock down. when I asked plz connect with your senior person they denied with stupid excuse" due to covid ** our senior not available at *:** ". Request you to please look into this matter on priority.
