Videcon D2H - Unauthorised Deduction of Service charges

On **th Of August, I had recharged my Videocon DTH for Rs ***/-, on the same day I observed that Gemini channel is missing, I called the customer care and they informed me that they have recharged for HD services and only Gemini can be viewed in HD version, I found that Hd version is not at all audible, I once again rang the customer care and informed about the problem, they said that this needs physical verification from their technician and they raised a service visit request, I enquired from customer care whether it is free or chargeable, they said its free, the service technician attended the complaint on the same day he called the customer care and they had rectified it without doing anything either through in remote or TV or Dish antenna, everything managed over phone, he demanded service charges, we explained to him that its a free service call, he had spoken to the customer care and left the place silently, next day the Videcon DTH had deducted Rs *** from my account balance. How can they deduct when it is their fault and once a customer care executive says that the service call is free.
