I had issue in my videocon d*h setup box. So I call customer care. They sending engineer on **/**/****. & change setup box & charged *** rupees.
But after ** days there was problem in changed set up box. I call the customer care. They sent again engineer .the engineer on **/**/****.second time.he changed the set up box .
My account also deducted *** rupees.
But as per rule with in one month service will be free of cost
I have file a complain regarding this

But till now I have not received my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
