Its observed frequently that all the free channels are being displayed as Signal not available and paid channels are displaying in disturbed manner. Every * - * months same issue comes and have to complaint their customer service and they make to lodge complaint and technician comes are does something and have to pay ***-*** rupees per all the visit. This is just keeps continuing for now around *-* times. Also they are not refunding the amount for which i have not received any service also, telling that they don't have provision of refunding the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
