Asus Laptop - Worst after sales service

I purchased Asus s***un with *** GB ssd in February **** for Rs *****. After using * months, i faced some software problem in my laptop. It was my exams that time thats why i logged the complaint for onsite service on * june ****. Thereafter the technician came to my home and just picked the laptop to service center without even diagnosing it. Thereafter they handed me laptop on ** june with same problem. I said them i need the laptop urgently then handed it to me on roadside. Then again i logged the complaint, they said we didn't closed your case. We have already ordered parts for your laptop. We just handed it because you said you need it urgently. Then again they picked my laptop. And when they delivered it on **th. As i said them i am going out of station on **. On **th june they said, laptop has been repaired. And they they will deliver it in evening. And then in evening said next morning. They did this till **. On **th they delivered the laptop. After *-* days i found scratches on the lower sheet which seemed of some pointed tool like screwdriver and dent at the corner of the LCD cover. I complained for it but they refused that we haven't did this. Then there were some arguments between me and company for *-* months then they agreed to replace the parts which were damaged because their service center stopped replying them. I said them to replace the laptop but they said if something is irreparable then only we can replace the laptop. They said me to visit meerut service center. I went there and they replaced my parts and delivered the laptop. But screen of the laptop was still a little curvy. They are unable to do the proper alignment of the LCD cover as it is irreparable. And the lower sheet they changed also making crackling noise on a gentle push. And also there was battery problem too. Battery backup was even less than half than before. I complained for it again and they seny engineer at home for diagnosis and he confirmed that there is problem with battery and LCD cover. And they carried my laptop again and again they replaced the same part they replaced before but it is not making any sense. The screen is still not properly aligned and crackling noise is still there. And battery got pass in their so called test. But it is giving very less battery backup during use, their engineer confirmed himself. I have email of that. But they said they cannot replace the battery. Its been * months, the case is still on. I requested for the replacement of laptop in july. I completed my studies in june. And i am sitting unemployed at home just because of them. As i have lots of work to do on laptop with good earning. But i have to complaint for the laptop again within days when it get delivered. It is also a mental torture now for me to buy such thing. I request you to show the company and the service centers that what is the power of a consumer.
