I placed an order on **th September, and after ** days, today **th day, it is still in a confirmed status. It has not even moved to shipped status.
I am placing an order to get the product, not a refund after waiting a long time.
the same incident happened before also, Order id -OD****************** Placed an order on **th September, and they cancelled on **nd September, the refund was done on * October.
I have waited around ** days to close that order.
For the recent order, I have been waiting for ** days this is not acceptable.
Customer service is also not up to the level.
