Asus Laptop - Jeeves not providing support for my Laptop which is under complete protection

I had purchased Asus laptop last year from flipkart and had taken complete coverage for * years from Jeeves.
This year september I am having some issue with the LED screen and lodged a complaint with Jeeves on September ****. Jeeves is not reponding properly. Every time they repond saying that team is working on the issue and wil get back within * business days.
It is now almost * months. In between they had collected the laptop for repairing but after * weeks they returned it back saying the insurance team did not approve the repair. I am following up with their support team but they are not responding only delaying.

I have all the email communication from September. Need your help to file a complaint against Jeeves.
