Asus Laptop - Replacement of laptop

i have bought a laptop on **/**/****, that shop has given us the laptop on display, without any packaging , we went on third day and asked them to replace it, as that was working slow also , and they have not given us any warranty cards or any other documents.
We went their twice *nd time they took our laptop and done formatting with an older version. It consumes our time too much and in this pendemic time doing school classes online, we are getting distrubed with slow performance, hang ups, its now a headache for us.
