Srishtech metal casting filed complaint against Asus Laptop on Jun 20, 2020
On * March **** I purchased Asus and till today (** June,****)I am unable to use it properly because Approx * months delay in sending product key for window installation.
Secondly Asus laptop hard disk got corrupted in short span of time and I lost all my official data.
Thirdly, Service is too poor.
*.Service center in chd **A once listened the problem and after that stopped picking up phone.
*. Called to customer care number so many times.They do not pick up the call.
*.Mail sent to asus support but no reply.
*.Heights of everything when at last visit to service center to get it replace or resolve issue,quite unreliable behaviour by the team.
I would never recommend to go for Asus in any form.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
