Apple - WiFi stuck in off mode after update

On ** July **** i took a I phone * *** GB.In August month i did update my phone with the help WiFi After new update of ios **.My mobile phone stuck in off mode .it is always in off mode.i visited apple authorize services center at DEHRADOON,Uttrakhand. Apple Services center CCO can't connected my phone our system.she could not diagnose my phone .she said the hardware not working of your phone and apple no repair this fault.she suggest to me give **k rupee.i give you new phone,I could not do that, So i drop a mail to Michel Coulomb.After that i got a call from apple..Her name is Jaya kumari(id -***********) .She asking me proof that you went to apple's services center.But apple service senter did not give me such a proof.the proof is not even near the servic center because the phone not was not diagnostic .My phone WiFi damage after the new update..i want solution..please contact Jaya kumari about more information ..She is also speaking that i am now on a higher position from Apple the moment and my decision is final .My fault comes from apple .so i am not responsible this ...
