Apple - My phone camera is showing 2 small dots due to internal issue and apple care is saying its physical

My phone i have recently purchased in the month of october **** and now i see * small pink dots in camera and apple team is saying its due to laser contact and will come under physical damage. But, I didn't went to anywhere outside as I was in pregnancy journey that time. Please help me.
