Make My Trip - We booked the hotel looking at the fake reviews and the service was not been used at all

I m disputing one of the charges made on April **, ****, for the amount of *****.** made to makemytrip company. I have used my card for another charge too but I got the service and as a good customer I will pay for that. I booked a hotel in Dubai from them as per the reviews are shown on their website. However, when I reached there at **:** pm on April **th it was completely different. They mentioned a couple of services being given to us and it was not available to us. Plus the environment of the facility was very negative in open words. It was like a pickup point for girls (please don't ask me to elaborate on that). I got so ashamed of the situation as my wife is travelling with her younger sister there and I m sure you can understand how embarrassing to see these kinds of things in front of families. Anyways my wife and her sister ended up staying outside the hotel room all night. Thanks to Dubai that it is very safe out there but as a husabnd, I could not sleep all night and day till they reached a safer and better place. I spoke to makemytrip several times since April **th and they have ignored the matter completely.
