Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Water purifier is not functioning and the issue is never resolved

I have purchased the product * years back since then everytime I have faced problem in getting my product serviced. Every service request takes **-** days to be addressed and sometimes it never gets addressed. I had issue with my water purifier. I have purchased the AMC for around **** INR and customer care promised to address the issue in next **hrs. I had requested service on July ** **** and today is August * **** till now the service engineer has never visited for repair. The water purifier has stopped working completely. I have escalated the issue in Eureka Forbes forum and nothing has helped. My family are ill, drinking bad water. Please help in getting the issue resolved or refund my product amount + AMC amount
