Geeta Choudhary filed complaint against Livpure water purifier on Aug 29, 2024
I was told the Livpure RO machine will be delivered to my house and post which it will be installed withing **-** hours. However, its been * days and I have neither received the device nor someone from the company has contacted me. When I call the customer care, they just tell me that they are making a note. I requested them to initiate my refund but they are not doing the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
